Kodak Black To Be Released August 2022

Kodak Black is finally catching a break as his release date has been set.
According to TMZ, the federal authorities state that Kodak is set to be released around August 14, 2022. However, the 14th falls on a weekend which means that he could get out a few days earlier.
Federal policy states that inmates can be let out out early if their release date falls on a Saturday or Sunday.
Kodak will also be serving the remainder of his time at Bluegrass State penitentiary in Kentucky.
As we reported, Kodak is currently serving 46 months in jail. He has been at FCI Miami on his gun possession charges, and has consistently reported that’s he is being severely mistreated. Just recently, the rapper took to social media to reveal that he was being drugged, beat on and denied food.
Kodak’s mother, Marcelene Simmons became aware of the situation and has hired powerhouse attorney Benjamin Crump, to sue the Bureau of Prisons if matters get worse for her son.
Marcelene Simmons said she hasn’t been able to see her son in weeks and he has been denied visits with his council.
