The alleged stalker who has been sending dozens of disturbing letters to Kim Kardashian’s Los Angeles home has reportedly also made death threats towards her boyfriend, Pete Davidson. As previously reported, the reality star’s lawyer Shawn Holley had filed for a restraining order against a man named David Resendiz, who has been accused of sending over 80 letters to Kim in the past 12 months to her family home and her family business office. Just last month, for example, one of those letters was a written bomb threat, which appeared to be the breaking point for the Skims founder, who appointed Shawn to assist her in getting an immediate protective order.
Now, The Blast claims to have obtained court documents filed by the celebrity attorney, who revealed in legal papers that the threats David allegedly sent to Kim were not just about her and her family but also Pete, whom she has been dating since October 2021. According to the reputable publication, the stalker allegedly wrote in one of his letters, “Pete Must and Will Die this weekend and you next weekend.” Shawn also shed light on how the deranged fan had “made numerous violent threats against Ms. Kardashian. In addition, he made numerous sexual comments regarding Ms. Kardashian and her partners. He further threatened that he would take actions that would cause Ms. Kardashian and her family to be imprisoned.”
Shawn mentioned the bomb threat sent to Kim’s business office in April and how the letters had been sent non-stop, giving the TV personality every reason to believe her family’s life could be in danger if a judge didn’t put an end to the horrific ordeal. Fortunately for Kim, a temporary restraining order was granted, which clearly states that the man is not allowed to contact or harass the couple. He’s also been barred from coming within 100 yards of Kardashian or her home.

A hearing has been scheduled for June 13, where Kim could potentially be looking to receive a permanent restraining order. And given that Pete has been spending more time in Los Angeles since getting with his current flame, it would make sense for them to take all the precautions they can to avoid the obsessed stalker from carrying on sending threatening letters to her home before he ends up harming someone. After all, he already appears to have her home and office address at hand.
Over the weekend, Kim and her famous siblings flew out to Portofino, Italy, to attend Kourtney Kardashian’s wedding to Travis Barker, who held their ceremony at a Dolce & Gabbana compound on Sunday with all of their closest friends and family in tow.
