Kim Kardashian Reveals Van Jones Dating Rumors Has Actually Helped Him Get “So Many Dates!
During part one of the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” reunion with TV host Andy Cohen, Kim Kardashian finally addressed rumors about being romantically involved with CNN’s political commentator Van Jones.
As we previously reported, rumors about Kardashian dating Jones started circulating shortly after news broke earlier this year about her split from her husband of seven years, rapper Kanye West. On Thursday, the reality star made it clear that she is not dating Jones despite reports.
However, she did tell Cohen that the rumors interestingly helped Jones. She explained, “Van texted me and was like, ‘this rumor has gotten me so many dates and I’m so grateful, so I owe you,'” Kardashian told Cohen after the host asked her about the dating rumors. She also made it clear that she’s not dating Colombian singer-songwriter Maluma. “I’m not dating either one. Not Van Jones, not Maluma,” Kardashian told Cohen. “I’ve seen [Maluma] a few times, always in Miami. Such a nice guy.”
Van and Kim met in 2018, when they spoke at the Criminal Justice Reform Summit together. Rumors started circulation for months and back in May, he only added fuel to the fire when he gave Kim a compliment, saying how good of lawyer she’s going to be.
Part two of the KUWTK reunion will air on Sunday, June 20th at 9 p.m. on E!.
