Following reports about Kim Kardashian and Odell Beckham Jr. “hanging out” together, it’s now being updated that things are innocent between them. A source says Kardashian is really just focusing on her kids and businesses right now.
As we shared yesterday, PEOPLE first reported that SKIMS founder Kim Kardashian and Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. have allegedly been “hanging out” and getting to know each other.
Multiple sources also told the outlet that the 30-year-old NFL football player has ended things with his longtime model girlfriend “Lauren “Lolo” Woods. In November 2019, Beckham and Woods first went public, and then in February 2022, they welcomed their first child together, Zydn Beckham.
Meanwhile, Kardashian, 42, shares four children with her ex-husband Kanye West. Together they co-parent: North West, 10; Saint West, 7; Chicago West, 5; Psalm West, 4.
After the reports surfaced about Kim Kardashian and Odell Beckham Jr. “hanging out” together, sources now claim that the two are just friends and nothing more, because she’s focused on her kids and businesses.
Sources told E! News, “Kim and Odell are friends and have a lot of mutual friends in common. She’s not seriously dating anyone at the moment but is open to finding love again if she meets the right person. Right now her main focus is on her kids and her businesses.”

Despite the new reports, this wouldn’t be the first time that Kim Kardashian has been connected with a football player. Back in 2007, she was first linked to then-New Orleans Saints star Reggie Bush. The two would be in a highly-publicized relationship and even share their lives in front of the world on the first season of ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians.’ However, the couple would eventually call it quits in 2010.
Recently, social media has also tried to “ship” Kardashian and Tom Brady, after they were allegedly seen “flirting” at Michael Rubin‘s all-white Fourth of July party in the Hamptons. However, Page Six debunked the rumors as sources told them that Kim and Brady were just good friends. Sources said, “He was talking to different women. Kim and Tom are friends and have a lot of respect for each other.”
Elsewhere, Odell has previously been linked to Kardashian’s sister, Khloe Kardashian. Odell and Khloe were photographed chatting at Drake‘s private Memorial Day party in 2016. The Good American co-founder ended up shutting down the romance rumors, claiming, “TWIMC: Sorry to burst your bubble. When a couple of drinks, a little flirting, and an invasion of privacy collide things may look crazy. However…this ain’t that and that ain’t this.”
Odell later called out the partygoer who leaked the photo and told GQ in their August 2016 issue, “Whoever was there taking the pictures inside of a private party, inside of a private-er, private-er area of the house — we were in the kitchen of the house, where there was only like 15 people. It’s just kind of like… ‘dating’? I just met this person. This is maybe the second conversation we’ve had.”
