Kim Kardashian admits that whatever she’s been doing in her past relationships clearly hasn’t been working as she shares that her love life is non-existent at this point because she’s “happily single” and “not looking” for a new boyfriend right now. The reality star appeared on “The Late Late Show with James Corden” on Wednesday where she opened up about her dating life, but according to the Skims founder, she’s strictly focused on furthering her education in law school right now.
With three marriages under her belt and recently calling it quits with “Saturday Night Live” actor and comedian Pete Davidson, Kardashian said that while she clearly hasn’t had the best of luck with how her relationships have fared out, she’s enjoying being single again, following a nine-month romance with the New Yorker that ended last month.
“I feel like I have to do something like go to different places. Clearly it’s not working what I’m doing,” she told host James Corden. “I just want to chill for a bit. I think I need some time to myself and to focus, finish school, all that.” With that said, though, if the 41-year-old decides to date again somewhere down the line, she appeared to imply that she wouldn’t be interested in meeting someone who works in the entertainment industry.
“I don’t know, maybe like [go to] a hospital, and meet a doctor. A law firm,” the Skims founder added. “I think it’s going to be scientist, neuroscientist, biochemist, doctor, attorney, that is maybe what I envision in the future.”
It was just a few weeks back when E! News reported how Kardashian hadn’t shunned the idea of dating but has become much more careful with the men she invites into her life because that special someone needs to be “the right person who understands” her.
Last month, it was claimed that Kardashian and Davidson ultimately went their separate ways due to clashing scheduling conflicts, which rarely gave the pair anytime to spend together. While Davidson was constantly traveling for his acting gigs, his then-girlfriend was busy running her billion-dollar empire and juggling being a mother to her four children with ex-husband Kanye West.

A few months prior to their split, the TV personality had gushed about Davidson and how he was a special person who has a character that people don’t come by very often. [Pete is] a cutie. He’s literally such a good person, they don’t really make them like him anymore. I’m excited for what he has coming up,” she told Interview magazine.
While they have since split, Kardashian and Davidson are still believed to be on good terms with one another.
