Kim Kardashian Brand SKIMS Donating $1M To Families Battling COVID-19

Kim Kardashian West is one of the latest celebrities to help out families in need during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic; as she’s now donating $1M from her shapewear brand SKIMS.

Joining her sister Kylie Jenner, who also donated $1M to coronavirus relief, Kim announced that her charitable contribution will support mothers and children affected by the novel virus.

Wholly, she announced, “To support Mothers and Children in need during this time, I’m proud to announce @SKIMS is committed to donating $1M to families affected by COVID-19. Monday, we will restock the collection we first launched with, and in doing so, be able to help bring relief to those affected by this pandemic.”

For Kylie, who donated a cool million earlier this week, her donation was used to purchase hundreds of thousands of face masks, face shields and other protective gear for healthcare professionals working the frontlines across the nation.

Other celebrities who’ve donated include, Arnold Schwarzenegger, who partnered with TikTok to donate $3 million to feed children; and G-Eazy, who partnered with a non-profit to feed children in San Francisco.
