Fresh off her music run with her famous dad Kanye West, North West is now taking her talents to the stage.

The 10-year-old is getting ready to embark on an exciting new adventure in the world of entertainment as she just landed a role in a special Lion King show at the iconic Hollywood Bowl! That’s right! The eldest daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye will star in the live-to-film concert/screening of Disney’s beloved classic, “The Lion King.”

According to Variety, North will share the stage with an incredible ensemble cast. Joining her will be renowned actors Jeremy Irons, Nathan Lane, Billy Eichner, Ernie Sabella, Jason Weaver, Jennifer Hudson, and Bradley Gibson, the news site notes. Adding their immense talent to the production, Broadway star Heather Headley and Lebo M. complete the stellar line-up.

These performances which will take place on May 24 and 25, will mark the celebration of the animated film’s 30th anniversary.

Disney Branded Television and Fulwell 73 Productions, together with AMP Worldwide and Live Nation-Hewitt Silva, are joining forces to bring this spectacular show to life. And the best part? The performances will be captured for a Disney+ Original special titled “The Lion King at the Hollywood Bowl,” which will be available for streaming at a later date.

This exciting news comes just a week after it was reported that Mufasa: The Lion King, Disney’s new prequel to the 2019 blockbuster live-action Lion King, will be coming out. On Monday, April 29, the trailer dropped and gave a stunning glimpse of Mufasa (voiced by Aaron Pierre), Scar (Kelvin Harrison Jr.), and their home in the African Pride Lands. 

However, it was also revealed that Beyoncé, 42, will reprise her role as Nala from the 2019 film, and her sweet daughter Blue Ivy, 12, will voice the daughter of King Simba!
