According to reports, the estranged couple put their Milton, Georgia mansion up for sale for a whopping $6 million and it boasts 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, plus a gorgeous pool in a huge backyard.

In addition to the several bedrooms and bathrooms, the mansion sits on a golf course and also comes equipped with a home gym, movie theatre, wine cellar, bar, arcade, and tons of space to move about.

The $6 million listing arrives in the middle of the estranged couple’s nasty divorce, which has already seen tons of mudslinging including allegations of a gambling addiction, allegations of drug use; plus, both of the partners dismissing their separate divorce petitions, and then Biermann filing again.

It’s also noted that the divorce was reportedly jumpstarted by the estranged couple’s financial woes, so if the duo find a buyer who will pay the asking price, they will be looking at a pretty nice profit on the property as they originally bought the mansion for $880,000 back in 2012.

Additionally, it is reported that the Milton mansion was scheduled to go into foreclosure sometime next month. So before that happens, the estranged couple are now trying to get ahead of the auction and attempt to sell the home themselves.

Back in February, we shared the news that the now-estranged couple’s estate was going into foreclosure and heading to a public auction. When the news dropped, it had arrived about four months after the duo initially denied rumors about the Georgia mansion entering into foreclosure.

It was reported that Truist Bank was offered a deal leading to the foreclosure of the home, and an auction had reportedly already begun to take place back in August 2022 when the couple allegedly defaulted on their $1.65 million mortgage. The house was set to be auctioned off to the public at the Fulton County Courthouse on March 7, with the highest bidder taking over the home.
