Keyon Harrold and his ex-wife Kat are in the process of searching for therapists to help Keyon Jr. Since the violent encounter with Ponsetto, the teen is very traumatized and continues to ask his father every day why the young woman decided to target him. Harrold told TMZ that he raised his son to have a strong ego because “for so long, egos of Black men have been shattered.”

“He wonders if he’s good enough to own an iPhone, or whether he’s out of place at a nice hotel.”

Harrold believes a therapist will help his son process those feelings in the aftermath since Jr. is now afraid to stay in hotels out of fear that someone will attack him from behind. He is also afraid of being falsely accused of committing a crime.

As for Ponsetto, no arrests have been made and she’s been spotted in her mother’s hometown in California. Earlier today, activists were seen protesting outside of a Los Angeles police station calling for her arrest.
