Looks like Kevin McCall has been ordered  to pay for an alleged assault that took place on a freeway back in 2019 — and it’s going to cost him $1.5 million to settle the debt!

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online the rapper/producer has to pay his ex girlfriend $1.5 million for the alleged assault. On the paperwork the woman’s name was listed as “KM,” in order to to protect her identity. According to the outlet the incident reportedly took place on the freeway when he allegedly assaulted her while driving her car after she kicked him out of her home where he was living at the time. The outlet reported that the documents state, “K.M. said McCall was still at her home and refused to leave. She offered to drive him to his grandma’s home, during the drive, she claimed he took out a joint to smoke. The accuser said she objected and tried to take the joint away.”

The outlet continues: “She said McCall then punched her in the right side of her head, ‘causing her head to slam against the driver’s side window.’ The accuser said she was able to pull the car off the freeway and come to a stop. She then claimed that as she wiped blood off her face, McCall took her phone and called his daughter to tell her not to believe anything she ‘might hear about him and that it was not true.’”

The woman also went on to say that she knew about Mccall having a past and heard stories from other women, but she believed that all of those stories were lies until she allegedly received the same treatment from the songwriter. The woman’s lawsuit demanded unspecified damages for domestic violence and battery. She claimed to have suffered emotional and physical injuries.

It didn’t take long for McCall to clap back at the accusations. Previously he denied the woman claims by saying “if any physical contact is proven to have occurred, Plaintiff consented to any touching that are so proven.” Further, his lawyer claimed the woman “initiated” said touching and “escalated” the incident. McCall said the woman was “not scared during any alleged incident.” He demanded the suit be thrown out. But, McCall then stopped responding to the case which led to the accuser being awarded a default judgment in the amount of $1.49 million

McCall is mostly known for his collaborations with various artists and for co-writing the hit song “Deuces” with Chris Brown and Tyga. The song was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration in 2011.
