Kelly Clarkson Blasts Estranged Husband & His Father For Defrauding Her Out Of Millions
Kelly Clarkson is blasting her estranged husband Brandon Blackstock and his father Narvel Blackstock for defrauding her out of millions for years.
With their divorce pending finalization, Clarkson filed new legal documents with the California Labor Commission, claiming Blackstock, who also served as her manager, defrauded her by charging exorbitant fees — and now she wants her hard-earned money back for the past 13 years she was with his company, Starstruck Management. Clarkson is claiming she’s owed $1.4 million in commissions.

In addition, Clarkson says her soon-to-be-ex-husband wasn’t legally allowed to operate as a talent agent because he never even obtained a license. A lawyer for Starstruck, Bryan Freedman, told TMZ, “The labor petition conveniently ignores the fact that Kelly had her own licensed talent agency CAA at all times. While Starstruck Management Group provided talent management services on her behalf, it did so at all times that CAA was her agency of record. It is unfortunate that Kelly is again attempting to avoid paying commissions that are due and owing to Starstruck to try and achieve some perceived advantage in her ongoing custody and divorce proceedings.”
