As previously reported, Keke Palmer filed court documents on Thursday seeking sole custody of her son, and new details stated that she filed a temporary restraining order against Jackson after several alleged incidents of physical and emotional abuse. The details were released by US Weekly, which said Palmer alleged “many instances of physical violence” with Jackson, which included destroying her personal property, throwing her belongings in the street, and throwing her car keys to prevent Palmer from driving away.

There was an alleged incident on November 5 where security footage showed Jackson trespassing into Palmer’s home without her knowledge and threatening her before lunging for her neck. Moments later, Jackson allegedly stiked Palmer and threw her over a couch, then stole her phone. The documents also noted another alleged incident where Palmer wrote that Jackson was “spewing profanities about me to our son, threatening to kill himself with a gun if I left him, harassment, and other physical and emotional abuse.”

The relationship reportedly ended last month, and Palmer requested that he complete a 52-week batterer intervention program. She said the relationship “finally ended for good “primarily due to the physical and emotional abuse inflicted on [her] by [him] throughout [their] relationship.”

“It is because of our son, Leo, that I was finally able to end my relationship with Darius once and for all and escape the abuse. Leo is the most important thing in the entire world to me; he needs and deserves to be safe and grow up in an environment free from violence. Unfortunately, ending my relationship with Darius has not ended his abuse — if anything, he is even more unhinged, volatile, and dangerous to both me and our son.”

Jackson’s brother, Sarunas Jackson, also posted a now-deleted cryptic tweet after details of the restraining order were revealed. However, it is unclear if he is addressing his brother or Palmer.

Minutes after US Magazine’s article, Darius Jackson posted the following tweet with a picture of his son and said he would see him soon.

Fans also reacted to the temporary restraining order news and prayed for Keke Palmer and her son.

Neither party has released a statement about the court documents as of this report.
