NBA legend Karl Malone has made history throughout his career but there is one secret that has been kept under wraps.
In a report by Sportscasting, the Hall-of-Fame and 14-All-Star NBA player Karl Malone allegedly impregnated a 13-year-old girl named Gloria Bell while he attended Louisana Tech University in 1984. He was 20-years-old at the time when Bell’s son Demetrese was born.
Bell’s parents took Malone to court for a paternity case in 1986 but he never faced any charges afterward.

The act was promptly reminded by The Root’s Senior Editor Stephen Crockett via Twitter after the last episode of “The Last Dance.”

Demetrese played for the NFL from 2008 to 2013 and Malone reportedly didn’t want a relationship with him after he was born. They officially met when Demetrese was 17 years old.

After the tweet, Malone’s son, KJ, went on Twitter to address the backlash and told users to leave his family alone.

Malone has never spoken publically about Demetress and his mother.
