Trevian Kutti, once a trusted publicist for Kanye West and R. Kelly, has found herself in the middle of a Trump indictment! Miss Kutti has reportedly been indicted along with Donald Trump for allegedly engaging in an organized conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia.

So what exactly did she do? Well, the indictment alleges that Kutti communicated through phone calls and text messages with other individuals involved in the case and traveled to Atlanta after being recruited by Willie Lewis Floyd III, director of Black Voices for Trump. While there, she would intimidate election workers. The 51-year-old went to the home of Georgia election worker Ruby Freeman to persuade her into admitting baseless election fraud accusations – or face arrest within 48 hours, prosecutors claimed. A video obtained by TMZ shows Kutti on video trying to convince Freeman, a frightened Georgia election worker whom Trump had publicly attacked before, to implicate herself in election fraud regarding the 2020 presidential election. Kutti accused Freeman and her and her daughter of counting phony mail-in ballots…

When both ladies continued the conversation at the police station, Kutti tried to tell Freeman she was a “crisis manager” and if she didn’t comply, she would be in great danger and had to be moved immediately… However, Freeman eventually grew suspicious of Kutti and refused to go along with her plan, telling her, “The devil is a liar.” Still, with officers present, Kutti continued with her act. She told the police officer who was recording the footage that she wanted Freeman to ‘fess up.

“I want her to be comfortable, but I want her to advise her that there are federal people who are involved here, and I don’t know who is connected to who,’ she said to the officers. ‘And I really need for her to be as nonchalant as possible.”

As a result of this very weird stunt, Kutti was charged with violating Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) statute that prohibits racketeering. The indictment states that Kutti and other defendants “constituted a criminal organization” and engaged in a criminal enterprise when they tried to overturn the election.

Kutti is among 18 others including Donald Trump who is now on his fourth indictment…. As we previously reported, his latest was announced on Monday.

“The indictment alleges that rather than abide by Georgia’s legal process for election challenges, the defendants engaged in a criminal racketeering enterprise to overturn Georgia’s presidential election result,” Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, whose office brought the case, said at a late-night news conference.

This latest one in the last five months and comes just two weeks after a Department of Justice special counsel also charged him with a conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election.
