Kanye West is now facing a sexual harassment lawsuit from his former personal assistant, according to a new report by TMZ.

In her legal claim, Lauren Pisciotta stated that she worked as a model on the platform OnlyFans, where she shared numerous photos of herself in swimwear and lingerie. She achieved significant success, earning an annual income of $1 million.

Lauren was then employed by Kanye West in July 2021, according to the suit. After a year of working for Ye the woman claims that he approached her and requested her to maintain a “God-like” image by deleting her OnlyFans account. In exchange, he promised to compensate her with an annual salary of $1 million.

She claims that she agreed to his proposal. Lauren also alleged that shortly after she took him up on his offer that’s when Ye allegedly sent her multiple text messages with one reading: “See my problem is I be wanting to f*** but then after I f*** I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f***ed while I’m f***ing them. Then I want her to cheat on me …”

She further alleges that he engaged in inappropriate behavior during phone conversations, such as masturbating and asking her to guess or listen to what he was doing. Additionally, she asserts that he displayed a fixation on the penis sizes of her romantic partners.

She also alleges that Kanye sent her two videos of him having sex with a model. Overall, she continued to claim that Kanye promoted her to the position of Chief of Staff for his multiple companies, offering her a salary of $4 million. She alleges that she was terminated in October 2022, but contends that she was offered a severance package of $3 million, which she agreed to. However, she claims that he failed to fulfill his promise and never paid her the agreed-upon amount.

She is taking legal action for breaking a contractual agreement, experiencing sexual harassment, being unjustly fired, and enduring a hostile atmosphere at work.
