Yeezy Team Calls Ex-Assistant’s Lawsuit A “Fantasy Fiction” Amid Explosive New Allegations
Over the weekend, a spokesperson for Kanye West’s Yeezy brand slammed the fourth version of a lawsuit filed by Ye’s former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. In a statement to DailyMail.com, the team called her claims “more absurd and outlandish than all previous claims combined.”
“Each new revision contradicts the others,” the rep said to the outlet, “and this breathless new installment of fantasy fiction discredits all past, present and future testimony.”
And they didn’t stop there. The rep doubled down, saying:
“We stand ready to annihilate Ms. Pisciotta’s tall tales before a jury—an exoneration so inevitable that even she, lost in her fog of fantasy, must surely see it coming.”
The statement follows a second amended complaint filed by Pisciotta last week, accusing Kanye of even more disturbing behavior — including assault, battery, stalking, sexual battery, false imprisonment, and sex trafficking.
Lauren Pisciotta’s Claims: “He Forced Himself Into My Mouth”
In the latest court docs obtained by TMZ, Pisciotta says things started spiraling on a business trip to San Francisco. She claims Ye made unwanted sexual advances — allegedly asking her what her vagina was like after trying to kiss her.
She recalls one writing session in Ye’s hotel suite that took a disturbing turn. Pisciotta claims the rapper masturbated and touched her vagina, then passed out mid-sentence while talking to her. But what came next, she says, was pure trauma.
Pisciotta says Kanye forced his way into her hotel room under the pretense of taking a shower, only to shove her on the bed and force his penis into her mouth. She says she begged him to stop — and eventually, he did. She recalls that Ye apologized before leaving her room.
Kanye’s Wild Response: “WHY DID I NEVER F**K LAUREN PISCIOTTA…”
So did Kanye actually address any of this before the Yeezy rep stepped in? He did — in true Ye fashion, with an off-the-wall post.
Back in February, Kanye tweeted:
“WHY DID I NEVER F K LAUREN PISCIOTTA SHE SMELLED FUNNY AND HALF OF THE NBA CAN ATTEST TO THAT”
The post immediately went viral, sparking debates across social media over whether it was a form of denial, deflection, or something else entirely.
“He Tried To Trade Me For Sex”: Pisciotta Says Ye Treated Women Like Currency
Pisciotta didn’t stop at detailing her own assault. She claims Ye regularly offered women as “sexual gifts” to other men — once allegedly trying to trade her in exchange for sleeping with someone else’s girlfriend.
She paints a picture of a man who weaponized his power in deeply disturbing ways, using women as bargaining chips and creating a hostile, dangerous work environment.
This allegation echoes past claims made by other former employees and collaborators who said Ye fostered an exploitative environment behind closed doors.

Yeezy Rep Milo Yiannopoulos Says “She Picked The Wrong Rapper”
Far-right commentator and newly minted Yeezy rep, Milo Yiannopoulos, also jumped into the conversation. In a statement, he defended Kanye as someone who’s never been violent and “doesn’t even own a gun.”
“She picked the one rapper who loathes violence, has never been arrested, and doesn’t even own a gun,” Milo stated. “The absurdity of Pisciotta’s quadruply revised claims, which now include kidnapping, battery, rape, false imprisonment and even sex trafficking, should be obvious to anyone with common sense.”
While some critics say Milo’s statement oversimplifies the gravity of the accusations, others believe the dramatic back-and-forth is only going to escalate as the case heads toward trial. Legal team is preparing for a full-on war.
With this being Pisciotta’s fourth revised complaint, Ye’s team is aiming to paint a picture of inconsistency and fabrication. But regardless of how wild Ye’s statements may sound, this case now includes allegations of rape, trafficking, and emotional abuse.
It’s likely this will go to trial unless there’s a private settlement — and if so, Ye might be forced to testify under oath.
This ain’t over. With both sides refusing to fold, Kanye West’s response to the lawsuit where his ex-assistant accuses him of shoving his penis in her mouth is just the start of a legal firestorm. Yeezy’s team says it’s all “fantasy fiction.” Pisciotta says it’s her truth. But when it hits the courtroom? We’ll find out whose story sticks.
