According to a source who spoke to The Post on Wednesday, Justin Combs, the son of Diddy has reportedly been prohibited from renting properties in Los Angeles due to his tendency to host rowdy parties that supposedly cause significant damage.

“The company that I work with rented houses to Justin. He would say, ‘I’m having 20 people over.’ But there would be 200 and then they would wreck the house,” a Southern California mansion broker alleged. “It’s gotten to the point where nobody will rent to him. He called me to rent, and I said no,” he added.

The actor’s attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman, informed The Post that his client has not faced any legal issues concerning the supposed parties. “Justin has not been charged with a crime or sued civilly regarding any of these accusations for a reason – he did nothing wrong,” the attorney said.

It’s well-known that Justin enjoys attending parties. His Instagram account features numerous posts from various social events, where he sometimes promotes his father’s former DeLeón tequila brand.

Additionally, in October, Page Six reported exclusively that Justin and his brothers, Quincy Brown, 33, and Christian Combs, 26, were involved in an altercation with Ray J outside Tara Electra’s Halloween party, where she is the CEO of Unruly Agency.

According to our source, the brothers confronted the 43-year-old “One Wish” singer in a parking lot due to their anger over his remarks concerning their father’s legal challenges, including his belief that more celebrities would be “exposed” in light of the ongoing sex-trafficking and racketeering case.

Combs, 55, has been incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, NY, since his arrest in September.

The founder of Bad Boy Records has pleaded not guilty to charges that include racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking through force, fraud, or coercion, and transporting individuals for the purpose of prostitution.

On Wednesday, US District Court Judge Arun Subramanian rejected the rapper’s bail request for the third time, stating that he represents too great a risk to the safety of others to be released from prison.
