Judge Denies The Kardashians’ Motion To Dismiss Blac Chyna’s Lawsuit

Blac Chyna’s Request To Have Court Dismiss Rob Kardashian’s Assault & Battery Case Rejected

Blac Chyna will have her day in court!

Page Six reports that on Tuesday a judge denied the Kardashians’ motion to dismiss Chyna’s lawsuit against them over the cancellation of her reality show, “Rob & Chyna.”

“Chyna is beyond thrilled that she will have her day in court,” Chyna’s lawyer, Lynne Ciani said to Page Six.

The judge based the ruling on “the substantial evidence filed by Chyna, including unaired Season 2 ‘Rob & Chyna’ footage and internal business documents from NBCUniversal and Bunim Murray Productions.”

However, Rob claimed that the show ended because the pair called it quits.

As we reported, Rob also sued Chyna. Both Rob and Chyna testified during depositions in the case, revealing new stunning details of this night.

“The evening of December 14, 2016, while still under the influence of drugs and alcohol, Chyna came up behind Rob, wrapped an iPhone charger cable tightly around his neck and started to strangle him using her full strength. As Chyna choked Rob with the charger wrapped tightly around his neck, Rob managed to pull the cable off of his neck and fled to the master bedroom, where he locked the door and tried to avoid any further interactions with Chyna.”
