In an exclusive by Page Six, if Lindstrom was approved for the application, she would’ve been in charge of his estate and received future earnings from his music. Reportedly, the rapper didn’t leave a will before his passing and had a few liquid assets but his oldest sons with Tashera Simmons, Xavier,28, Tacoma, 21, and Sean,19, are applying to be administrators of his estate. His oldest daughters, Sasha Simmons and Jada Oden, are also following the procedure to be appointed administrators.

A source told the outlet that “his fiancée Desiree tried to muscle in by asking the court to be named his common-law wife, which means she would have taken precedence over his children. But the court refused.” Judge Helen Blackwood claimed Lindstrom did not have “standing to file” as a common-law wife.
