Judge Awards Kelly Clarkson Montana Ranch Against Ex Husband’s Requests
Kelly Clarkson scored another win against her ex-husband as a judge just ruled that the Montana ranch she shared with ex Brandon Blackstock belongs to her.
The location is currently where Brandon lives.He claimed that the ranch is “marital property,” but the judge decided it fell under the prenup and that Kelly is the sole owner.
According to TMZ Kelly and her team are tryin got get Brandon to leave but he is making matters extremely difficult.

As we reported, the singer filed for divorce on June 4, ending her marriage to Blackstock after almost seven years together.
“The relationship had been on the rocks for a long time,” a source previously said to US Weekly. “She was the high-income earner with a wildly successful talk show, and is the star of another hit show ‘The Voice.’ Brandon was extremely jealous of it and made her know it.”
The American idol star and music manager met at a rehearsal for the Academy of Country Music Awards in 2006. In 2012, they got engaged and Clarkson and Blackstock tied the knot in 2013. They share two children together, 5-year-old daughter River and 4-year-old son Remington. He is also father to son Seth, 13, and daughter Savannah, 18, from a previous marriage.
