As previously reported, Joe Exotic filed for divorce after a four-year marriage to Dillon Passage after the pair decided to go their separate ways last year. The “Tiger King” star reportedly wants to marry fellow jailmate, John Graham, who he met in February 2021 while they both were locked up in FMC Fort Worth, Texas. Although Graham was released from prison last month after serving a 12-year prison sentence for burglary and possession of a firearm, the couple is still together.

It was also reported that Passage is refusing to sign the divorce papers but the 25-year-old has denied all claims. “I hired attorneys in September of last year in Texas, Kirker Davis law firm. They worked directly with Joe’s attorney, Francisco Hernandez, on multiple occasions to draw up the paperwork, which was approved by Joe’s legal counsel. Joe refused to sign the first draft,” he explained to Page Six.
