Joe Exotic Files For Divorce From Husband Dillon Passage

Joe Exotic has filed for divorce from his estranged husband Dillon Passage after a five-year marriage.

The ‘Tiger King’ star filed the divorce papers on Thursday after a  five-year marriage to Dillon Passage. According to the documents, the marriage is reportedly “broken” after the couple has been estranged for a year. As previously reported, Passage contacted Joe last March and told him that he wanted to end the marriage during a prison phone call. However, Joe Exotic’s legal team claims Passage never followed through with his divorce threat as per TMZ. 

Joe Exotic also tweeted the following, pleading for his soon-to-be-ex to sign the paperwork: “Dillon, please just sign it and go away.”

Passage currently has a new boyfriend and announced the relationship soon after breaking the divorce news to Joe.  Everyone, meet John  I’ve planned on keeping my relationship private for personal reasons but lately I’ve been having a hard time dealing with things happening in my life and John has been my rock and helping me get through it all. The couple got married two months after Joe’s previous husband, Travis Maldonaldo, passed away after accidentally shooting himself. Joe Exotic is asking for alimony in the form of a lump sum and changing his name to Joesph Allen Maldonado.
