One of the women who sued country singer, Jimmie Allen for sexual abuse has filed a motion his countersuit that he filed last month.

The woman who is identified as Jane Doe 2 claims Allen is unable to win his countersuit because she is a victim of a crime that he committed.

“Allowing a perpetrator to sue a crime victim who turns evidence over to the police for conversion would violate the Nevada Constitution and public policy,” she notes, adding that filing the countersuit is Allen’s “attempt to harass and intimidate her” in retaliation for reporting him to the police.

Allen’s legal team reached out to PEOPLE and released a statement saying they look forward to fighting this battle in court.

“We will leave it to the court to determine if taking something without permission is conversion (or stealing)—a lesson that most of us learned when we were young,” the statement reads. “The facts here don’t support what Jane Doe 2 is claiming, and we look forward to the legal process moving forward and clearing Jimmie’s name.”

As we previously reported, the first lawsuit against Allen, filed this past May, the multiplatinum singer was accused of raping his former day-to-day manager, who alleged she endured continuous assault and abuse over the course of 18 months while she was working on the musician’s team. In June, the Grammy-nominated singer was hit with another lawsuit from second woman who claimed she filed a police report after Allen secretly filmed her during sex in a Las Vegas hotel room.

The singer reportedly filed two countersuits against both women in Nashville federal court on Thursday. Allen continues to deny all the allegations and also says ever since the claims he hasn’t been able to work. “Throughout the relationship, sexual encounters were initiated by both Allen and [Jane Doe],” Allen’s suit says, stating that the relationship began in March 2021. “The relationship continued until the fall of 2022 when Allen ended the relationship to focus on repairing his relationship with his wife.”

Allen’s former manager says she woke up naked in her hotel room, bleeding and with Allen in bed next to her, allegedly insisting she take a Plan B emergency contraception pill. The woman said she had no memory of what happened despite only having a couple of glasses of wine the night before. She claims he forcibly kissed her when she tried to leave, saying, “You’re mine now.”

Allen previously denied the allegations, calling the relationship consensual in a statement sent to Fox News Digital through his lawyer. “It is deeply troubling and hurtful that someone I counted as one of my closest friends, colleagues and confidants would make allegations that have no truth to them whatsoever,” he said.
