In a new report from the Daily Mail, the news outlet states that Charlo was arrested on December 16 for alleged assault. Charlo was reportedly taken into custody in Texas for allegedly assaulting a female family member, resulting in bodily harm. This was revealed to Dailymail.com by the police. The other details of his arrest remain unclear, with the identity of the victim also not revealed.

In the alleged audio that is currently surfacing on social media, Charlo can be heard talking on the phone to one of his friends explaining how he hit a woman. “What I’m really saying is she play big tough bro but she p****y. I hit that b**** in the eye, socked her in the eye then that b**** called the cops on me like a woman.”
