#Socialites, it looks like things are getting even more serious with Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck. The rekindled couple are gearing up to blend their families as they drop $50M on a new LA estate.
It’s reported that Bennifer 2.0 put down a figure in the mid-$50 million range on an estate in LA’s Bel-Air, and currently the property is in escrow. Apparently, the massive home boasts 20,000 square feet with 10 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, multiple kitchens, a theatre, a gym, a pool, his and hers bath, and much more.
Reportedly, joining J.Lo and Ben are their kids, who all will occupy the extremely private home that’s surrounded by a forest of trees and overlooking the city. It’s also reported that the couple got a cool discount of about $10 million as the initial listing was set at $65 million by Texas billionaire Todd Lemkin. #Socialites, thoughts?
