Jennifer Lopez and her estranged husband Ben Affleck have reunited for the first time publicly since the singer filed for divorce, and some reports claim they were seen “kissing” and “holding hands” while out with their kids. Photos taken by photogs on Saturday (September 14) show the estranged couple together amid their divorce.

As we previously shared nearly a month ago, the “Love Don’t Cost A Thing” singer filed for divorce from the ‘Argo’ actor on what would have been the second anniversary of their Georgia wedding. In her filing, J.Lo cited the usual celebrity go-to of irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split. She also listed their date of separation as April 26.
In August, Jennifer Lopez, 55, formally requested that a judge change her legal name from “Jennifer Lynn Affleck” to “Jennifer Lynn Lopez,” after she took up the 52-year-old actor’s last name upon eloping in July 2022. The two reportedly did not sign a prenup before getting married, which could potentially make for a messy divorce when it comes to separating assets, like their Beverly Hills mansion that they listed for $68 million in July.

Since their divorce filing news, Affleck has moved to a $20 million mansion in the Pacific Palisades and J.Lo continues to hunt for a new home. It was also rumored that Affleck was spending time with Kick Kennedy, the daughter of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. However, the rumors have been denied.
Now, as photos surface of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck reuniting for the first time publicly since their divorce filing, Page Six, reports that the estranged couple were even seen “kissing” and “holding hands” during their Saturday outing at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, California with their kids — Affleck’s kids Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12; and Lopez’s twins Emme and Max, 16.
A source told the publication, “Ben and J.Lo are currently at the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel holding hands and kissing. The kids are with them but at a separate table.” The singer was also spotted with her engagement ring on her pinky finger and a “Jennifer” ring on her wedding finger.
Despite the reports, photos captured the pair having what appeared to be an intense conversation in a car parked outside of the BH Hotel. It was also reported that Affleck’s ex-wife Jennifer Garner was also in attendance and spotted leaving the hotel with her kids after grabbing brunch.
