There was a lot going on this week so you know we had to sound off! In a since-deleted post, Lil Mama said children are too young to change their genders and the depopulation is a serious issue. She caught a ton of backlash and took to her IG live to address it, affirming that kids changing their genders before going through puberty isn’t the way to go.

Jason called out Lil mama: “you referenced a child having a sexual identity crisis to a cat changing to a dog and spoke on Zaya Wade’s experience, adding that Lil Mama should be embarrassed.

We also go into Rosie O’Donnell who spoke about her relationship with Whitney Houston, who died in February 2012 at age 48 from a drug-related accidental drowning. Rosie also talks about Whitney’s battle with drugs and her “conflicted” relationship with her sexuality and her battle with drugs. She says, “Whitney was troubled by, I think, the gay part of her life and didn’t want it exposed. It’s hard in black culture to accept gayness. It’s culturally more difficult, I think. And the church… the Baptist Church weighed heavily on her… Growing up in the church and singing gospel, [for Houston] I think that there was a lot of conflict about that.”
