Jamie Foxx Is Not The Marrying Type, “Not Until I’m In A Wheelchair And Need Somebody To Push Me Around”

Ladies if you are looking to get it locked down with Jamie Foxx, you are out of luck because the actor is not the marrying type.

The celebrated actor made the revelation in his a memoir, Act Like You Got Some Sense, where he shares that he is not “the marrying type.”

“Because I’ve had two children without being married to their mothers, the subject of marriage has hovered over my head in one way or another for years,” he says in his book.”Everyone’s been asking me about getting married—my daughter’s mothers, people in my family, strangers on the street, even Oprah (we’ll get to her).”

Foxx has daughter Corrine Foxx, 27, with ex-girlfriend Connie Kline, and Anelise Bishop, 12, whom he shares with ex Kristin Grannis.

“I just don’t think I’m the marrying type,” he adds. “At least not for now—maybe in a few decades when I’m in a wheelchair and need somebody to push me around and change my diaper.”

He also dated Katie Holmes for a period of time.
