Cincinnati Bengals star, Ja’Marr Chase is reportedly requesting a restraining order against a woman who he had a one-night stand with and continues to harass him on social media.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, the woman, Ambar Hunter is behind an “unhinged and disturbing” pattern of harassment aimed at the football player and his mother. Chase claims Hunter started sending multiple threats after he didn’t want to continue things with her after their little one night of romance. In the report the news outlet also shared previous post that Hunter made on social media where she accused Ja’Marr of being a dead beat dad after they hooked up for the first time in July 2021. In her post she even tagged the NFL’s Instagram page and tagged the Cincinnati Bengals on her post which Ja’Marr says is her attempt to damage his brand, reputation and corporate sponsorships through “calculated and ongoing harassment.”

Ja’Marr says he does not have a kid with this woman and the posts that she’s sharing on social media is someone else’s child. He claims the woman also refused to subject the child to a DNA test. Ja’Marr Chase’s attorneys, Jason Lampert and Michael Goldstein, released a statement to the news outlet on Tuesday saying, “Earlier today Mr. Chase filed a restraining order in Los Angeles County in connection with Ms. Hunter’s ongoing harassment of Mr. Chase and his family since 2021. After exhausting every out of court remedy, he was left with no other option. Mr. Chase intends to use all legal options to protect himself and family from this unwarranted harassment. We have no further comment while this matter is pending.”

The woman has accused him of domestic violence, she even released his personal phone number and mother’s phone number on the internet to her 18,000 followers. So according to Chase he feels like this in an “ongoing harassment scheme.”

He gained significant recognition during the 2019 college football season when he won the Biletnikoff Award as the best receiver in the nation. Chase was considered one of the top wide receiver prospects for the NFL Draft. He was projected to be selected in the early rounds due to his impressive performance in college. And since being in the NFL he has been talked about as being one of top players to play the game. So of course he has a outstanding career ahead of him, but as for situation who knows how this will play out.
