The announcement was made by Commonwealth’s Attorney Thomas Wine’s office, days after the shooting took place at the Vibes Restaurant and Ultra Lounge. Lucciano, real name Ronnie T. O’Bannon., was charged for the murder of 37-year-old Kasmira Nash along with tampering with physical evidence. Close family and friends of the victims said she worked as a bartender at the lounge and the shooting took place around 1:30 a.m. on May 1. Nash was pronounced dead at the scene and another shooting victim was transported to the University of Louisville Hospital. He sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
As we previously reported, social media was outraged since Nash was allegedly shot by Lucciano after she confronted him about another shooting that involved her friend. Various clips also showed Harlow being present during the shooting despite police not confirming his presence during the pre-derby party.
