Iyanla Vanzant Talks Self-Value, Learning To Forgive & Importance Of Intimacy During Quarantine On #WomensWellnessWednesdays

We’re back for another episode of, ‘Women’s Wellness Wednesdays!’ This week, Jason Lee and Iyanla Vanzant offer tips to stay sane during quarantine, talk intimacy — or what Iyanla calls, “in-to-me-see” — and the two also breakdown the importance of valuing one’s self and learning to forgive.

During the conversation, the two also talk about reality TV and the antics seen from the Black and Brown community. Iyanla mentions a former guest Evelyn Lozada, and Jason recalls his dispute with Hazel E, and the judgement he felt in the moment. Jason goes on to explain how he’d never felt attacked for being gay until that moment. Iyanla responds by asking if Jason ever forgave himself — which he still hasn’t.
