In a report by TMZ, NTSB officials released documents stating their findings prove that pilot Ara Zobayan could have been disoriented due to the foggy weather. During the flight, Zobayan told air traffic control that he was climbing to four thousand feet in altitude without realizing that the helicopter was actually descending. When air traffic control asked Zobayan what he was going to do after reaching that altitude, the helicopter already crashed.
