It is reported that the unnamed gentleman, who didn’t treat his little man so gentle, underwent emergency surgery after fracturing his penis while performing the “world’s most dangerous sex position” — reverse cowgirl, where the man’s partner was on top facing away from him.
According to a doctor on TikTok named Dr. Karan Raj, reverse cowgirl is the “world’s most dangerous position in the bedroom, reportedly causing 50 percent of penis fractures. Another sex position is doggystyle.

During this study, authors have revealed that phallic fractures often occur when an erect penis buckles upon hitting the “perineum or pubic bone firmly during vigorous sexual activity.”
And what particular makes a sex position like reverse cowgirl so risky is that a man’s penis can easily slip out and then be crushed by his partner’s pubic bone during the intense thrusting.

The risky sex position led to this particular Indonesian man having an entire freak accident! Once the man and his partner were engaged into the position, the man heard a loud cracking sound, which was then followed by “pain, discomfort and an immediate loss of an erection.”
The man said he also began to bleed out from the tip of his penis, and soon learned that he could no longer urinate either. The man went to the hospital and upon his arrival, his penis had gotten even more swollen and turned deep purple — which is a usual condition with a penis fracture, in layman’s terms, it is called “eggplant deformity.”

Although a man’s eggplant is boneless like the vegetable and can’t “fracture,” the word is used to describe a tear in the tunica albuginea — which means the tissue that allows the penis to become enlarge and erect is torn.
Doctors had the man undergo an initial examination and it was confirmed that he had a “wide and deep fracture to the penis,” and that his penile tissue had been ruptured, in addition to suffering a severe hematoma — which is an injury to the wall of the blood vessel.

This is what caused the man to bleed out from the tip of penis and make it difficult for him to urinate. Fortunately, surgeons successfully stitched the man’s broken penis without a hitch.
And following surgery, the man was tasked with undergoing an “artificial erection test” to make sure he did not have any further leakage or abnormal “curvature of the penis.”
