Icebox Reportedly Not Impressed By Soulja Boy’s “First” Tweet — Claims He Actually Owes Them Money

Soulja Boy has proved that he’s been the first rapper to do a lot of things but one jewelry company is trying to refute one of his claims!

According to TMZ, the popular jewelry shop is reportedly not impressed with Soulja’s viral tweet from the weekend where he claimed that he was the first rapper to support them. Apparently, that didn’t mean anything to them as they claim that there’s still an unresolved lawsuit they have out against the guy, which they claim he’s been ducking.

As the news site notes, Icebox sued Soulja back in 2013 for an open tab of over $60k they say he never paid. They reportedly told the outlet that they still haven’t been able to collect from him even all these years later. Icebox claims the debt has accumulated to around $200k, and they want the money they believe is long overdue.

Now get this: A source told TMZ that Icebox has assigned lawyers to the case in attempt to garnish the cash after they claim a judge ruled in their favor. However, they says at the time, the rapper’s accounts never had more than $10k.

To make matters worse, Icebox reportedly tells the news site that they dispute the notion that Soulja was the first rapper they’d worked with in Atlanta. They say although he was one of the initial big artists to get them on YouTube way back when, he was far from the FIRST rap star to buy some ice there, TMZ notes.

Soulja Boy has yet to speak out on these claims. But most likely, he probably will. Until then, let us know your thoughts on this in the comment box below!
