Hypocritical PETA Harassment Won’t Work On Dan Bilzerian

The PETA has been known for going after popular celebrities and public figures for being involved with animals, but Dan Bilzerian is not going to stand for it.
They have faced backlash on numerous occasions, including for attacking the late Steve Irwin with a series of “insensitive” tweets on what would have been his 57th birthday last year.
Recently, the PETA attacked Dan for feeding a Kodiak bear at his 4/20 party. They responded by sending a series of letters to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife and the Los Angeles Department of Animal Services, claiming that Bilzerian and Steve Martin wildlife unlawfully exhibited the bear. However, this is false.
We spoke to Kevin from the ranch who let us know that ‘Tag’ the bear is a very happy animal and has grown up with the family. He is currently 7-years-old.
“Tag is 1000 lbs, the bear is part of the family and trained to be around people, he is raised well at the ranch, always taken care of, if he was still in the wild he would suffer. He’s away from the harm of other wild animals,” says Kevin.
“Tag has taken many pictures with celebs and he loves swimming. The PETA is wrong, we are against people who have abused animals, but, you can’t throw us all in the same group.”
“The owner of the Steve Martin ranch has been operating for over 50 years, the animals are his life, he has no kids and no-one has ever been hurt. The party was just a photo session and the bear was taken home after,” adds Kevin.
Dan shuts down PETA and lets us know he loves animals and even has a tortoise farm at his Vegas mansion.
“It’s pretty obvious I love animals,” Dan says. “I gave up hunting a long time ago. I’ve tweeted ‘you should only kill an animal if you are gonna eat it, and that trophy hunters obviously have small dicks.'”
“I appreciate people trying to stand up for animals,” he added. “However, you’ve got people killing thousands of animals everyday for sport, torturing dogs in China and clubbing seals to death for fun. [PETA] wants to do the typical internet bandwagon on whatever is popular and come after me. PETA can suck my d***. I was feeding a very healthy, happy bear who was rescued at a young age.”
It seems like the PETA like to come after high profile people to push their agenda. The organization makes over $40 million every year in donations, but, doesn’t use it towards preventing animal extinction or other serious issues. For example, one PETA campaign compared cows to rape victims and another used protesters dressed as KKK members to protest dog shows.
A recent study by Dr. Daniel Kovich, an investigator with the VDACS found that 245 of the 290 animals–84 percent–that PETA took into custody were killed within 24 hours.
In addition, most lawsuits filed by the PETA are dismissed or lost. For example, PETA filed a lawsuit to give a monkey the legal copyright to his “monkey selfie,” which was a picture the monkey took of itself using a wildlife photographer’s camera. However, the judge ruled that a monkey could not own the copyright to a photo.
