An Australian fisherman has caused a stir after discovering a gigantic shark’s severed head with bite marks belonging to what can only be described as a beast.

The severed head weighed over 220lbs, meaning the shark it came from could have been at least 12ft long. Huge!

Many fear this shark was bitten by a larger Predator, including speculation that the historic Megalodon could be responsible. The Meg has been extinct for some time now, but, could grow to over 50ft.

Jason made the startling discovery off the coast of New South Wales yesterday.

While sharing some images of the monster shark’s head, Jason wrote, “So this was all we got back of this monster mako.

“Unfortunately we didn’t see what ate it but must of been impressive!! The head was about 100kg

“It was a crazy morning of shark fishing. Hoping to catch smaller sharks but just hooked big sharks that got eaten by bigger sharks again.”
