In a statement obtained by The Blast, Talia Tilley explains what happened the night of the incident and says she is in extreme emotional and physical pain after what went down.

“I want to respond to the allegations that are being made against me. They are completely false. At no time during the assault on me were the police ever called to his residence about any robbery or suspicious activity happening in his backyard. I have not and would never be a part of what I am being accused of. I was, in fact, the only person physically hurt and the only person that called the police that morning. I’m an honest, decent woman from a military family. I’ve always had a good character and people who know me personally would never question that. I have never threatened anyone nor committed any crime,” she begins. Talia went on to say,

She went on to say,

“I can’t describe the amount of physical and emotional pain that I am suffering from, the embarrassment of everything being said against me, most of all the false accusations. My life has been turned upside down. I’ve also lost my means of earning a living as a model, and my credibility in this industry has been stained.”

She added that the “LAPD is currently investigating this crime and I am freely and willingly providing them with anything to prove my innocence of what happened that morning. As of now I have retained counsel and am being represented by Lisa Bloom. My family and I will not rest until I get justice.”

As we previously reported, Hitmaka had released a statement through his attorney, explaining that he is the real victim in this case and insinuated Tilley was the part of a “planned and coordinated” home invasion robbery and that he was only defending himself at the time. Hitmaka also says he has turned over surveillance video to help prove his side of the story. Check out his posts below:

Meanwhile, Bloom has released a statment, sharing how proud she is to represent Tilley,

“I am proud to represent Talia Tilley, who immediately went to the police to report an assault against her at the home of Yung Berg, also known as Hitmaka,” a statement from Bloom begins. “He’s made multiple statements insulting her, but strangely, he has not found the time to den her accusation that he assaulted her. He has also not explained how she sustained the disturbing injuries at his home.”

Bloom ends her statement with this,

“The heartbreaking pictures speak for themselves,” The Blast quotes.
