High School Teacher Quits After Calling Students ‘Idiots’ In Caught-On-Video Rant

A High school teacher quit his job after giving a lengthy rant to students and telling them he was “f-king done playing with you idiots.”

The teacher’s identity wasn’t shared with the public but according to The NY Post, the Southwest High school teacher in Jacksonville was no longer employed after his “inappropriate verbal outburst” was recorded by a student and shared on social media.

“I was scared,” sophomore Cimayiah Josey notified the station. “I didn’t know what to do.”

Cimayiah started to record the footage with the camera on her so the teacher wouldn’t notice she was recording the things he was saying. The teacher seemed to be upset about the students attempting to test his authority.

“Because I am f–kng done playing with you idiots,” the teacher raged on the clip. “I am here because I want to be here. I somewhat enjoy this job. You need something from me, I need nothing from you.”

“You can go through life and live on the f–king system, draw your paycheck on the first and the fifteenth from my taxes and live just an absolute horrible life, I don’t care,” he said. “You can be another statistic, I don’t care. That’s on you.”

Then the teacher seemingly noticed Cimayah giggling softly and sounded off on her, telling her to leave the classroom.

“And if you don’t like my language, I don’t give a s–t,” the teacher yelled at one point.

Authorities at Onslow County Schools confirmed the anonymous teacher was no longer in front of students after his caught-on-camera explosion during a first-period class.

“In the Onslow County School system, we expect only the highest standards of behavior from our students and staff, and that we treat every member of our school family with dignity and respect,” school officials told WCTI. “The type of behavior exhibited in this situation will not be tolerated and is certainly not representative of the employees of Southwest High School, or any other employees who work in our district.”
