#Socialites, get into this! Lil Nas X is gearing up to headline his first-ever tour this year and he says he’s been “trying really hard” to get our childhood favs — The Wiggles — on board as the tour’s co-headliners!
Lil Nas X Tour Details
Now, the tour is called, ‘Long Live Montero,’ and it coincides with Nas X’s debut album ‘Montero,’ which he released in September 2021. Just yesterday, (Tuesday, April 26), Nas X announced the dates for his tour. It looks like it is set to begin later this year in September, and will wrap in the middle of November.
Nas X made the reveal after posting a trailer and official poster of the tour. The trailer arrives as a highlight reel showing the last few years of Nas X’s career. Before the highlight reel of clips flash across our screen, we first see dreamy visuals of clouds, and then the shot plunges into a massive theater.
Speaking over the video, Nas X says, “Hello, I am Montero, and I welcome you to my event. My world. My universe. Everyone’s allowed — except gay people. I am Lil Nas X, and I present to you my first tour.” Captioning the post, Nas X said, “i’m having my very first tour. and all of u better come or i will cry on instagram live.”

The tour will find Nas X visiting several cities across the United States, and he’ll head north as well for a stop in Toronto, Canada. Nas X will also hit up some cities overseas—with stops in: Amsterdam, Netherlands; Berlin and Hamburg Germany; London, England; Paris, France; Brussels, Belgium; and Barcelona, Spain.

At this time, Nas X nor any press releases have confirmed any openers for the rapper’s first World tour, but Nas X did take to his Twitter account to share a group that he really wants to help him co-headline.

Nas X Wants The Wiggles To Co-Headline Tour
Earlier this morning (Wednesday, April 27), Nas X told his 7.6 million followers on Twitter, “[I’m] trying really hard to get The Wiggles to co-headline the tour with me. I will keep you guys updated.”

Now, Nas X is well known for his trolling ways, so this all might be for fun. But, seeing The Wiggles on tour with Nas X would certainly be a sight to see. I mean, I don’t know about you guys, but “Fruit Salad” was my jam as a kid! #Socialites, would you be here for this?
