Chilling Video And Audio Surfaces Of Deadly Air Canada And Firetruck Crash At LaGuardia Airport

Since the incident, horrifying video has gone viral showing the moment the plane and the firetruck collided. Chilling audio of an air traffic controller has also gone viral to accompany the video. In the audio, an air traffic controller is heard giving directions to the firetruck — and other emergency vehicles behind it identified as “Truck One and Company.” The controller gave them the green light to cross near Runway 4.

Seconds later, the controller then quickly tries to instruct “Truck One and Company” to stop crossing the runway. The controller repeatedly says, “Stop, stop, stop, stop. Truck one, stop, stop, stop. Stop Truck One. Stop!” Listeners can then hear beeping noises, signifying the jet and firetruck collided on the runway.

An investigation by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) remains ongoing.

Following the incident, President Donald Trump reacted to the deadly plane crash at LaGuardia Airport. He shared his comments with press at Palm Beach International Airport in West Palm Beach, Florida. Trump said, “Terrible. They made a mistake. It’s a dangerous business. That’s terrible. Thank you.”
