Halle Berry officially released a film a few years in the making that she not only stars in, but made her directorial debut in as well.
Netflix has acquired Halle’s film ‘Bruised’ which follows her character Jackie Justice as she makes her way back to the top of the MMA charts after a disgraced exit.
This film also stars Valentina Shevchenko who is a professional MMA fighter currently holding the title for the current UFC Women’s Flyweight.
This film not only features two heavy hitters in their one profession, Halle and Valentina, but it also features Invicta which caters to women in the MMA industry.
Now this film makes history with Halle working alongside Cardi B to create an amazing soundtrack featuring female rappers like Saweetie, Lotto and more making it the fist film to ever have a soundtrack solely composed of women in the hip hop industry.
