Yikes! Hailey Bieber, 27, is reportedly “pissed” after her dad, Stephen Baldwin, publicly asked “Christians” to send their “prayers” to Hailey and her husband Justin Bieber, 29, as they deal with a “very private” matter.
According to TMZ, sources exclusively told them that Mr. Baldwin’s public plea for prayers for his daughter and son-in-law wasn’t something that came out of thin air. Apparently, there is a specific, ongoing issue with the young couple.
The publication reported that they weren’t directly told what the “very private” matter was about. However, it is for sure something that Justin and Hailey — who tied the knot in September 2018 — are dealing with behind closed doors and are trying to keep it that way.
Additionally, the matter is something that Hailey’s father is obviously aware of. And he seemingly wanted to genuinely try to do his part in keeping the couple surrounded by positivity and reminded of the love that everyone has for them.
On Monday (February 26), the 57-year-old ‘Usual Suspects‘ actor shared a post from Victor Marx, the founder of All Things Possible Ministries. The post featured a video of Justin Bieber playing the guitar and singing along to “I Could Sing of Your Love Forever” by Hillsong Worship & Delirious?
Atop the clip, Marx wrote, “Christians, please when you think of Justin & Hailey, take a moment to offer a little prayer for them to have wisdom, protection and to draw close to the Lord.” In his caption, he said that he, his wife, Eileen Marx, and Hailey’s mom, Kennya Baldwin, “often pray together” for the young couple.
Marx added, “There are special challenges that folks in high visibility positions face and also the enemy doesn’t want them to draw closer to Jesus. So often regardless of the material things or the accolades, they often face spiritual warfare that intense and seeks to ship-wreck their faith, marriage, and life in general. So thank you.”
On Wednesday (February 28), Hailey Bieber’s dad reposted Marx’s post to his Instagram Story. Although Mr. Baldwin only reposted Marx’s message to his Story and didn’t offer any additional context on what his daughter and Justin Bieber were going through, she’s “pissed” at him. Especially because her dad’s actions, though he may have meant well, are drawing so much attention to the young couple. Subsequently, their fans are becoming increasingly concerned.
Hours after Baldwin’s repost, Hailey Bieber and Justin Bieber were spotted attending church service at Churchome Church at Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills, California. Reports claimed that the couple looked somber, with Justin covering up his face and body in a dark hoodie.
