Hailey Bieber has promised fans that her husband Justin Bieber is recovering and making steady progress after taking to Instagram last week to reveal his battle with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome disease. The rare condition is said to occur when a shingles outbreak affects the facial nerve near one of the ears, which, in Justin’s case, had left one side of his face completely paralyzed. Other symptoms many have suffered from Ramsay Hunt Syndrome include fever, fatigue, ear pain, as well as spinning sensation.

But on Wednesday, during an interview on Good Morning America, Hailey told Amy Robach and TJ Holmes that things were starting to look up for the “Peaches” singer, who is already “feeling much better” since shocking fans with his viral social media post last week. “He’s doing really well. He’s getting better every single day,” she expressed. “He’s feeling a lot better and, obviously, it was just a very scary and random situation to happen but he’s going to be totally OK.”
Hailey also thanked everyone who has been supporting him through what would undoubtedly be a challenging time in his life, which has already led him to cancel his forthcoming tour dates since he’s in no form to be performing on stage after his recent health scare. “I’m just grateful that he’s fine,” the 25-year-old added.
“The support has been really amazing just from fans, friends, family. Every single person has sent well wishes, advice, recommendations. It’s actually been really amazing.”
As previously mentioned, Justin was forced to cancel a string of his Justice tour dates as he continues to recover from his illness, with a statement from the 28-year-old revealing at the time, “Can’t believe I’m saying this. I’ve done everything to get better but my sickness is getting worse. My heart breaks that I will have to postpone these next few shows (doctors orders). To all my people I love you so much and I’m gonna rest and get better.’
Hailey, too, was faced with health complications earlier this year when she was rushed to the hospital after suffering from a mini-stroke, caused by a blood clot to her brain, which doctors said was the result of an undiagnosed hole in her heart. She underwent surgery right away.
With the health battles both Hailey and Justin have faced in recent months, sources tell People that the same way the “Baby” hitmaker looked after his wife when she was going through a hard time is the same thing she’s now doing for him.

“Between Hailey’s health scare earlier this year and now this, it’s a lot for them. Hailey is worried as well,” the insider gushed. “Just like Justin did everything he could to take care of Hailey, she now does the same for him. They are a great team and will get through it together. Justin can’t wait to recover and continue working.”
