Gunman Holds Baby While Shooting At Three Women During Road Rage Clash
During a road rage clash in Ohio a man jumps out his car holding a baby and opens fire at three women, police say.

Everything took place after two women got into a minor car crash in Cincinnati on Wednesday. A 54- year-old woman said her and the other driver that was involved in the collision didn’t really have any damages, but “words were exchanged” afterwards.
The 54-year-old woman yelled out “I’m going to get my man, you better go get yours.” About a hour and half later, 31-year-old Ladon Penn arrives with a gun. Police obtained screenshots from a video that shows Penn shooting his gun with his right and holding a baby in his left arm.

Currently Penn is being accused of shooting at the 54-year-old and also two other women that were with her.
The 54-year-old woman only suffered from a graze in her arm and went to the hospital for minor injuries. As for Penn he was arrested shortly after he left the scene.
According to Yahoonews, His current charges are felonious assault, child endangering and having weapons while under disability.
