Following her divorce from NFL star Tom Brady, 46, model Gisele Bündchen, 43, reveals she is happily single while claiming that she “wouldn’t change absolutely anything” in recent times.

As we’ve previously shared, in October 2022, Brady revealed that he and his wife were divorcing after 13 years of marriage. Together, the couple share two children, Benjamin, 13, and Vivian, 10. Bündchen is also the stepmother of Jack, 16, whom Brady shares with ex Bridget Moynahan.

At the time, Brady took to Instagram and wrote, “We arrived at this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together. We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way. We will continue to work together as parents to always ensure they receive the love and attention they deserve.”

As for Bündchen, she claimed that they simply had “grown apart,” but they planned to co-parent their children. In her own statement shared on social media, she said, “I feel blessed for the time we had together and only wish the best for Tom always.”

Following the separation, the two have moved on and began dating other people. In July 2023, reports began to surface about Brady dating another supermodel, Irina Shayk, after the two were spotted together in Los Angeles.

At the time, reports claimed that Shayk had been spending the night at Brady’s home as she was seen leaving his spot one morning on a weekend. Brady was then seen picking her up again and heading back to his house later that day.

Since all of the divorce fallout, Gisele Bündchen is now opening up about her life in a new interview with CBS News Sunday Morning host Lee Cowan. She notes that she now feels like she’s “in a different place” in her life at this point, explaining, “I’m able to choose more of what I want. I think before I was more surviving, and now I’m living, which is different.”

In a clip teasing the new interview, which will air Sunday night (September 24), Bündchen says, “I look into my life and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I wouldn’t have any other life. If they say, can you change something in your life? I wouldn’t change absolutely anything.”

When Cowan asks Bündchen if this mentality also applies to her divorce from Tom Brady, she explains, “I mean, it’s not what I dreamed of and what I hoped for … My parents have been married for 50 years, and I really wanted that to happen.”

She added, “But I think you have to accept sometimes that the way you are in your 20s—sometimes you grow together, sometimes you grow apart. I mean he’s the father of my kids, you know, so I always wish him the best and I’m so grateful that he gave me wonderful children. And I think when a door shuts, other doors open.”
