The Launch of Get It Girl Waist Was All About Power, Passion & Purpose

The energy was magnetic at the official launch event for “Get It Girl Waist,” a bold new waist trainer brand rooted in confidence and self-love. Hosted by Hollywood Unlocked, this celebration wasn’t just about shapewear—it was about sisterhood, strength, and standing tall in your truth.

Glenisha, the heart and hustle behind the brand, took the mic and dropped nothing but truth. This is more than a product—this is her mission. Her goal? To help women embrace their curves, walk boldly, and feel beautiful whether they’re in sweats or stilettoes.

She said the brand isn’t just about cinching waists, but uplifting spirits.

Black Women Supporting Black Women: Dee and Tia Kemp Pull Up

When it came to real support, two names that turned heads at the event were Dee—known as the mother of Rod Wave’s child—and Tia Kemp, who’s always been vocal about backing Black businesses. Their presence spoke volumes about the movement Get It Girl Waist is creating.

Tia Kemp didn’t hold back when asked why she pulled up:

“It’s a Black-owned female business—of course your auntie is going to stand behind Black female business owners. I’m also here to support my niece. Ocala, Florida—that’s where we’re at. And summer is coming up—who doesn’t need a waist trainer? Who doesn’t use a waist trainer in 2025?”
Tia Kemp told Hollywood Unlocked.

Dee echoed similar vibes, showing love to Glenisha and everyone involved in building a brand that’s real, relatable, and revolutionary.

Confidence Isn’t a Trend—It’s a Movement

Get It Girl Waist is proving that confidence can’t be boxed, bought, or faked—it’s built. One waist trainer at a time, Glenisha is building a brand that makes women feel seen and celebrated. Every product is crafted with care, using high-quality materials that hug your shape but never limit your shine.
