Lawd! Marjorie Taylor Greene is going viral again y’all! The far-right Georgia Congresswoman just had her Twitter reinstated by new head honcho Elon Musk — after tweeting about masks, vaccines and COVID misinformation –and she’s back at it again!
Now, U.S. Representative Greene lost access to her account earlier this year after “repeated violations” of Twitter’s COVID misinformation policy.
In January, Twitter permanently suspended Green’s personal account for 24 hours for spreading misinformation about COVID-19. She had spoke about the public health measures imposed during the pandemic, and she continued to criticize several health officials. She also said there were high numbers of deaths associated with the vaccines.
A spokesperson for Twitter said the company “had been clear that, per our strike system for this policy, we will permanently suspend accounts for repeated violations of the policy.”

A day after having her Twitter permanently banned, she had her Facebook account also suspended, but that account only for 24 hours.
At the time Green reportedly wrote in a post on Telegram and Gettr, “Facebook has joined Twitter in censoring me. This is beyond censorship of speech.”
A spokesperson over at Facebook’s parent company Meta, stated, “A post violated our policies and we have removed it; but removing her account [permanently] for this violation is beyond the scope of our policies.”

About 10 months after being permanently suspended on Twitter, Musk restored Congresswoman Greene’s account and here she is talking about COVID again. Side note, Greene is not vaccinated and has repeatedly stood against the vaccine and mask mandates.
Recently, she got everyone riled back up after she tweeted this: “So many people still wearing masks. I just want to ask you. If a pair of underwear, really thick ones, high quality cotton, can’t protect you from a fart, then how will a mask protect you from covid??”
