Kylie Jenner continues to prove that she’s a “girls’ girl” after sharing details about one of her cosmetic procedures.
Jenner, 29, who’s been slaying our timelines with her never-declining face card and snatched body, has fans trying to figure out how they can look just as good as her.
Popular YouTuber Rachel Leary uploaded a TikTok video urging Kylie to share exactly what she “asked for” when getting her boobs done—calling the results “the most perfect, natural boob job ever!” Kylie, who’s super active on social media, caught wind of the clip and dropped all the details without hesitation. She wrote:
“445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.”
Rachel replied with excitement:
“KYLIEEEEE!!! you are the best THANK YOU!!!!”
Fans quickly flooded the comments, giving Kylie her props for being for the “girlies.”

During an episode of The Kardashians, Kylie admitted she got her breasts done when she was just 19. As a mother of two now, she reflected on that choice, telling her longtime friend Anastasia Karanikolaou:
“I just wish I never got them done to begin with. (I) would recommend anyone who is thinking about it to wait until after children.”
She added:
“I have a daughter too. I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19. I want to be the best mom and best example for her. I wish I could be her and do it all differently, ‘cause I wouldn’t touch anything.”
It was a rare look into how Kylie’s mindset has evolved—and how she’s trying to lead by example now.
