According to the report, the woman contacted police on December 16 and described an incident she says occurred on December 2 while she was employed as a private chef. She told authorities that Diggs entered her unlocked bedroom to discuss a text conversation they had been having about money she believed she was owed.
The woman alleges that during the conversation, Diggs became upset and struck her across the face. She further stated that when she attempted to push him away, he reportedly “tried to choke her using the crook of his elbow around her neck.”

According to the woman’s statement to police, Diggs positioned himself behind her during the incident and wrapped his arm around her neck. She reported that she struggled to breathe and felt as though she “could have blacked out.” She further alleged that as she attempted to free herself, Diggs tightened his grip.
She also claimed that Diggs then threw her onto a bed and made a remark similar to “Thought so.” According to her account, she continued attempting to explain that she had not yet been paid what she was owed. She told police that Diggs responded by saying “Lies” before leaving the room.
When asked by officers about injuries, the woman stated that she noticed redness on her upper chest area. She acknowledged that she did not take photographs of the alleged injuries.

The woman told police that she began working for Diggs in July and planned to continue as his personal chef through the 2025 NFL season. According to her statement, she was initially promised weekly payment for her services. However, she said the payment schedule was later changed to monthly.

Attorney David Meier responded to the allegations on Diggs’ behalf, disputing the claims outlined in the incident report. He stated that the allegations “are unsubstantiated, uncorroborated, and were never investigated — because they did not occur.”
