Former GOP State Senate Candidate “Bound, Gagged, Tortured” In Hotel
A former Republican State Senate candidate says that she was “bound, gagged, tortured” by a group of people in a Texas hotel on Christmas Eve.
Vanessa Tijerina, a republican, who ran for election to the Texas State Senate in November said she was savagely beaten by a random group of people. They also stomped on her face with a boot.
She said someone contacted her about “something very important regarding her safety” and to meet at a Texas Inn in Raymondville.

“They made it seem like they had something really, really important to tell me and they couldn’t tell me on the phone,” Tijerina said on a Facebook Live video.
“I was beaten. I was terrorized, bound, gagged, tortured. I knew if I fought back that I would not live.They stole my car. They stole my money. They stole everything from me,” Tijerina aded.
Amanda Salinas, Ariel Vera, and Raymond Santana were arrested in connection with the attack. As of now, there is no known motive.
